چکیده
Rhizobia are soil bacteria that form nodules on legumes and fix atmospheric nitrogen, reducing the need for chemical fertilisers. In most studies rhizobia described as alpha-proteobacteria have been studied extensively several decades. However, in recent years an increasing number of present beta- gamma-proteobacteria strains potential rhizobia-like bacteria. this study we identify isolated from various grown Latvia, using a full-length 16S rRNA gene sequence, used more precision, compared with partial sequence gene. Bacterial 1962–2019, part which unique historical collection. This is first time bacterial Latvian soils identified molecular biology methods. A wide taxonomic diversity was detected – species α-, β-, γ-proteobacteria classes Paenibacillus polymyxa Bacilli class. P. were only collection, while β- obtained newly specimens, uncovering new commercial legume seed inoculum. Soil samples collected, phosphorus levels determined. Several indicate phosphate solubilising properties.

Analysis of the mouse gut microbiome using full-length 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing
Demands for faster and more accurate methods to analyze microbial communities from natural and clinical samples have been increasing in the medical and healthcare industry. Recent advances in next-generation sequencing technologies have facilitated the elucidation of the microbial community composition with higher accuracy and greater throughput than was previously achievable; however, the shor...
متن کاملDiversity of caprine and ovine Pasteurella multocida isolates based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing
In this study, to increase information about the relationship between caprine and ovine isolates of Pasteurella multocida, 16S rRNA gene sequencing of 9 goats (5) and sheep (4) isolates were investigated. Also, capsular type and toxAgene presentation was studied in this paper. All isolates, except one, belong to capsular type A, and toxA+ strain distributed among strains were isolated from both...
متن کاملSequencing 16S rRNA gene fragments using the PacBio SMRT DNA sequencing system
Over the past 10 years, microbial ecologists have largely abandoned sequencing 16S rRNA genes by the Sanger sequencing method and have instead adopted highly parallelized sequencing platforms. These new platforms, such as 454 and Illumina's MiSeq, have allowed researchers to obtain millions of high quality but short sequences. The result of the added sequencing depth has been significant improv...
متن کاملPhylogenetic inference of Coxiella burnetii by 16S rRNA gene sequencing
Coxiella burnetii is a human pathogen that causes the serious zoonotic disease Q fever. It is ubiquitous in the environment and due to its wide host range, long-range dispersal potential and classification as a bioterrorism agent, this microorganism is considered an HHS Select Agent. In the event of an outbreak or intentional release, laboratory strain typing methods can contribute to epidemiol...
متن کاملSpecies-specific identification of Leptospiraceae by 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
The genus Leptospira is classified into 13 named species and 4 genomospecies based upon DNA-DNA reassociation studies. Phenotypic tests are unable to distinguish between species of Leptospira, and there is a need for a simplified molecular approach to the identification of leptospires. 16S rRNA gene sequences are potentially useful for species identification of Leptospira, but there are a large...
